Fleet Farm Auto Service Center

My tire light recently came on so today I stopped at fleet farms service center. Sounding like an idiot I explained that my husband takes care of these things but he was not around so I needed help. The gal at the counter was very kind, told me where to pull my car up and a gentleman named Ivan was right out to help me. As he came out I thought 'Crap, they're gonna try to sell me tires/services etc' That was not the case. He gave me a realistic time frame on when I should change my tires, was informative on their services without being pushy. Ivan was so helpful. I initially walked in embarrassed but left feeling like I was treated fairly and with respect. 10/10 will be back when that tire needs changed soon

Came here for an oil change. Was treated rudely and this was my first time coming here and asked a simple question and got an attitude response . I will not be back nor will I be recommending

Needed air in all my tires on a blustery bitter cold day. They not only did that, but I was missing a value cap and put one on for no FEE.

Stopped in to get gas only. Usually have a 4 cents off per gallon coupon which is a nice perk. I love their free popcorn which was a nice snack while running a couple more errands in the area.

Fast friendly, and very helpful! Used app to make my appointment and they called to verify! Thanks again to Eddie the tech guy!
