Horrible service!! Went the other day to pick up some parts and since I didn't see anybody I pressed on the door bell. An older man came out being rude asking if I was having fun with the doorbell and what did I want. He took forever to bring me my parts only for them to be wrong and having to drive back to get the right ones. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

Yesterday had a very bad experience with an employee at Customer Service. Did not get his name but is a previous employee from Peterbilt in Pharr. A bald man. Was very rude and wouldn't let me explain. I guess he didn't get any training from Danny, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very bad service!

Very bad customer service, Fernando from pick up is very rude and selective with his drivers and who he helps out first no matter if you where in line first everything and everyone is is ok and why great customer service except him. Lack of sympathy and empathy. Being selective of who he helps out is very disrespectful and disappointing.

Great service and prices when you get there ask for Erasmo.mendez the manager . He will personally will take care of you and will make sure you will leave very satisfied of making a purchase at his store you will not regret it I assure you

I had some issue with a set of 4 Exide truck batteries, which I had purchased at Fleet Pride near Philadelphia. Great customer service from Danny, Joey & the store manager. They all went above and beyond to help me replace the batteries under warranty.
