FLEX Car Wash

First time trying this place out today. The guys helping with the pay station were very nice and helpful. When we started pulling into the carwash a different guy was yelling at us to keep moving even though our car stalled. I get that they were busy but that’s no excuses to be rude. The car wash was also overpriced and did a terrible job cleaning the car.

I would strongly encouraged individuals considering this company to NOT do business with them. I paid them up front for detailing, shampooing, and deoderizing. I scheduled my service for noon and was told my car would be ready by around 330pm. At 430pm, I texted the retailer and got no response. At 530, I texted the manager Brandon and got no response. (I only had his number because they screwed up the transaction and he called me saying I needed to come back-another issue). Since I couldn't get a response, I went back out and got there at 630. Two guys were closing up shop and told me that they couldn't finish the services because the retailer decided to leave for the da because he was tired, and that my only options were to leave the car there overnight or to bring it back. I upgraded from the enconomy package which I've had for over a year to the $179.99 Holiday Special for my 2024 RAV4. I wasn't clear of the benefits, however Brendan and Santiago at the Wauwatosa location were incredible in their patience and great customer service to assist me! Hats off to them for their 5 star service! Thank you.

Do not take your car here to get detailed. I took my car in for a level 3 detail with a shampoo added. I was told that is their highest level of clean. I had a passenger puke in the car. Estimated 3 hours of service so I left the car there. They called me an hour and 20 minuets later saying it was done. When I came to look at it I thought they were joking with me. Here is a list of what they missed/didn’t do. -Dust in seat crevasse -No door jams wiped -Puke on ceiling/A-pillar -Over spray of cleaner on everything that wasn’t a horizontal surface -inside windshield was full of streaks and hard to look through, didn’t appear to be cleaned -center council was not vacuumed out -Shifter council was not cleaned -puke was still in the breather holes of my seats and on the headrests -guy took

Gus did an amazing job detailing our car. It looks brand new. I honestly couldn’t believe it when I saw it. It exceeded all of my expectations. I am thoroughly pleased and will be recommending flex to all my friends and family.
