⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Truly Above and Beyond! We had an incredible experience at Camping World/Forest River in Milford, DE, and I truly cannot say enough good things about their Service team. Our service advisor, Tina, was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, she was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She kept us informed every step of the way, always calling with updates and making sure we understood exactly what was going on with our RV. Her communication alone set this experience apart. After 2 long years of trying to find the right camper! Camping world in Milford DE found us the perfect one! From Jim (our sales rep) walking in the freezing cold with us! To pat (finance) getting the best deal! Amanda and Tina in the service department giving us all of the information we need to keep our 5th wheel in top shape! Had a great experience at Hitch RV! Extensive selection of both new and used rvs. Ask for Carly in sales. She was professional, knowledgeable, and really worked to get us into the camper of our dreams! She listened to our necessities and budget and took us right to the perfect one! We compared a few other options on their lot, but ultimately ending up going with the one Carly took us straight to right off the bat. Wouldn't purchase from anywhere or anyone else.

Find Another Dealer – I Wish I Had I rarely write reviews, but this experience was so disappointing, I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased a brand new camper during this dealer’s grand opening weekend. We toured a unit that was perfect and were told they had two identical ones available. We committed on the spot and returned—towing our trade-in from Pennsylvania—expecting to pick up exactly what we saw. Instead, we were handed a different unit that had clearly sustained exterior damage, likely from a truck or lift. This wasn’t disclosed to us up front. I only noticed while transferring our items from the old camper, and when I confronted the manager, he casually said there was “no internal damage” because they had already opened it up. So you knew it was damaged and still said not

Not the best selection of smaller campers. I took the Cape May Ferry over just to go there and was disappointed. Our sales guy let me walk out the door because I was interested in a Winnebago, and they don't carry them. He could have still helped me and could have possibly ordered one in for me from another dealer and could have made a sale. The manager called for feedback on my visit. I didn't call back because I wouldn't buy anything from this place.
