Four Seasons Auto

My power steering hoses busted and I had them tow my car to their shop. They seemed nice and got my car towed within an hour. After about five hours I got a call saying that they wanted to charge me for a radiator along with the two power steering hoses for $1,300 (I had no previous knowledge that there was anything wrong with my radiator). I asked them how much they would charge for the power steering hoses and they told me $560 so I had them tow my vehicle to elite tire and got my hoses fixed for $114 the same day.

My experience with them was unprofessional. At the time of this writing its the day after Thanksgiving, I called Wednesday to set up the oil change because I'm visiting family and leave tomorrow. Most places are closed today, and I have a 750 mile trip tomorrow. So when I was told by one of the only shops open that I could come in Friday, I assumed I could rely on them because of their reputation. I was wrong, I showed up they were closed. Guy on the phone didn't have much to say in regards to taking responsibility. Just said "the boys took the day off" and when I said it would've been nice to know that Wednesday cause I planned my whole vacation around them, he said "okay". No concern for the inconvenience. Emer did an excellent job fixing up our car--it looks better than it did before the accident! They did it all for a very reasonable price and returned our car to us by the time we needed it, even though their family was dealing with some unexpected stuff while our car was in the shop. They're a very nice family, and they do really good work. I would recommend Four Seasons to anyone in town, and my wife and I will definitely be returning if we ever need auto body repair in the future.

Best price, best service. I know I won't get screwed when they fix my car. Towed me or a friend late-night and last-minute, got us each out of a jam, and didn't gouge. Good folks!

This place is awesome! Reasonable prices, and great body work. The owner is the nicest guy you’ll ever meet. Very considerate and generous. It’s like having your dad work on your car. You know he’ll take good care of you.
