Car (VW Taos) had dents and damage all over. Windscreen wipers made a bad noise when it rained (Jan 26) the whole 18 days hire. Tyres were in poor condition with outer edges showing bad wear. $300+ state insurance fee was not clearly stated on hire details.
They upgraded me to a bigger car for my cousin funeral and treated me so special in my time of sorrow. Plus being in a new state and being so far from home 😊
Hood experience, very friendly and helpful except the lady at the both who gave us our keys.
Rented a car from here and paid on the Expedia app and when i went to pick up the car i was charged again if this is the BS this company pulls i will never rent here again, should of read the terms where it said my payment on Expedia was a donation because your going to have to pay again will be disputing this with my credit card company
