Frank was a life saver after our Turo car rental cancelled on us last minute due to safety concerns about vehicle. Frank was so helpful and very informative about where to pick up and drop off. He runs a 50 car fleet and looks after them well. He also rescues stray cats and socializes them, such a sweet heart. We just had the best experience renting from him. So easy and efficient for a great price. Would totally recommend 😁
