Frank's Quiet Zone

Quiet Zone has always been very fair on prices and tells you about your vehicle before they start working on it. They take the time to go over your whole vehicle and explain any issues they find if any. The manager on duty and the receptionist are very friendly and knowledgeable. I always get an answer to any questions I have right there on the spot. I highly recommend them to anyone. Sure sometimes you can pay a little more then another place for something, however the job gets done right the 1st time and you get honesty and for me that's mean more then getting hustled because I am a woman.

You can't get as current a review as this one considering my car is still at Franks as I type this. I learned today just how sincere and honest they are when the owner Frank not only stood behind a miscommunication...but exceeded it. If you want to go somewhere you can trust (...which as a woman sadly isn't easy these days) you can absolutely trust them.

Organized, professional and efficient service every time. If you drop off the car, staff call to explain service in detail before starting work. Competitive hourly rates. They don't try to add repair items on for items not needing service at current visit, like dealers.

Fantastic work! These guys went above and beyond to help me out with getting my battery replaced and when I was stuck In Waterbury they came to help me when I was stranded. Great work by Eric and the team. Highly recommend them.
