Very happy that the parts department here is open til 10pm because it seems to always be late at night when I need a part for something. Oscar at the parts desk has a great attitude. He was very helpful and he handled my parts order quickly and helped me find the right part even though he was super busy. Great location and great staff !!

French Ellison Kenworth is a long unnecessary waiting in-line 4PARTS headache not to mention the strain on your torso and legs. Also, they have no will-call department separate from the PARTS counter like other Kenworth dealerships have. Typical for South Texas (let the customer endure unnecessary discomfort). There high marked-up parts prices should offer more to their loyal customers. In summary don't be in a hurry when going to FRENCH ELLISON.

So my water pump was leaking I called this KW dealer and spoke to the service manager Sigi is there any availability he said sure bring it in the am . No problem they took my truck in and service was done ! So why right this review simple they treated me like family like I was a regular customer very professional from the beginning to the end for my first time in this Kw dealership I recommend highly best experience ever coming from a driver that lives in PA 👍👍👍👍
