Ful-Line Auto

Was in a really unique situation and needed a car. After extensive research, I went and met Dave at Full-Line. He was true, honest and open about his ways. Really great customer service from Kurt and all the employees, comfortable atmosphere, no pressure and good quality vehicles. Overall very impressed and happy.

I was referred to Ful-Line by a dear friend (thanks Dan!). The entire process from calling, test driving then pulling off the lot was seamless. Mariah was an absolute gem and treated me with nothing but kindness. Searching for a car can be frustrating and stressful. They made this experience such a pleasant one. Thank you for Ful-Line for making this process so easy.

UPDATE: changing review from 5 stars to 3 stars. before we bought the car we told the owner that it needed new brakes per our mechanic and the air conditioning wasn't working. He said it wasn't a problem and he would fix both and it appeared he had for a time. We soon learned that he didn't actually fix the air condition he just filled it with Freon and it all leaked out. And the brakes that he fixed were no good after 12,000 miles. When our mechanic replaced them he said that the cheapest parts possible were used to fix the brakes. Original review: If you're looking for a used car this is the place to go. After looking at cars for over a month online, reading hundreds of reviews, and researching dealers I settled on Ful-Line auto. They had a good inventory of cars at reasonable prices

The experience I’ve had at this dealership was very disappointing. It was going good at first and they even let me test drive the vehicle twice. The (assumed) owner is your typical car salesman and he does a decent job explaining his processes. Upon my decision to buy the vehicle I informed the number I was given to notify. I notified them at 5:30 and then he responded to me at 7:30 am (they open at 10am and I’m picking up the car at 3pm). When he responded he said out of all the cars on the lot… the car I was looking to buy had it’s wheels stolen… Normally I’d think nothing of a situation like this one I went through but the times don’t add up and every time I’ve came to the dealership the owner has told me it does not close at 5pm it closes at 4 pm. Best used car buying experience in my lifetime, and I'm 83 years old ! My son did the search for a used car and the test drive at Ful Line Auto. The car (Mazda3) was very clean inside and out. The price was fair. My son was sold after the test drive. Closing the deal was hassle free. Thanks to Dave and everyone at Ful Line Auto for a nice pre loved auto.
