I had a couple of issues out on my first trip of the year. Stephanie from service went well above and beyond to help me. I cannot thank her enough!! Rob was man of the year and took care of everything. I wish I lived closer to this dealership!
Talked to the sales guy ‘Steve’ and let him know we were interested and coming to see the camper, talked to him again early that morning about fees etc., took off work for the day and drove over 2 hours that morning to dealership. He then said he sold it over FaceTime and marked it sold literally right as we walked into the showroom and they paged the salesman. I can’t recommend dealing with a business that operates in this manner. This is a shady tactic used by salespeople to lure buyers to the dealership. Please beware if you are buying from this dealership.
