My wife and I were traveling through charleston and had car trouble. So that we were not stranded during the repairs we went with gateway to have a vehicle in the meantime , the service from the owner was excellent at gateway, and he really took good care of us in a bad situation, I highly recommend this place over the typical chain car rental companies because we called the big names first and they were unhelpful and did not really care about us personally. 5 stars all the way , very highly recommended!
The Staff is so friendly. The Booking was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend renting with Gateway!
