Gerald's Tires

After a horrible day teaching, I walked out to my car to see that my tire was near flat. I called Gerald’s to see if they could patch it up and they did it in such a hurry. They also gave me a flower which I’m not kidding made me cry. I will be returning for any and all future needs. Could not recommend a better place truly

The absolute worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. On Saturday January 31st I was driving up Dorchester and my tire light came on and I was right by Gerald's and I pulled in I saw a t-shaped nail in my car tire so I went in to ask them to help me patch it I was told we can't help you we're going to be closing in a little bit because the storms coming and I have to do inventory this was at 11:30 a.m. the storm didn't get here until 5:00 p.m. he offered to put air in the tire to get me back to Summerville put the air was coming out so quickly it wouldn't have made it up the road then he said I guess we can put the spare on for you so I put the spare on and I went to discount tire where they took care of my tire for me Gerald used to be the place to go when I moved here in 199

They took good care of me today. They patched my leak and didn’t even charge me for it as a courtesy. And they left a rose on my front seat. Great customer care!

Yet again these guys are amazing! I came in for a tire pressure sensor , they worked together to get my tire worked on and for me to get checked out in super quick fashion. They were also working on no less than 6 other cars at the time. Super professional, courteous and kind.

We took our truck to see if they could check our tire as it was loosing air. We knew the snow was going to start later and they were closing early (we arrived around 12:30 and they were closing at 2) but wanted to try to see what they could do. As soon as we drove up all the workers scattered. So we went inside and someone finally some came out. The guy went outside talked to one of the workers and he came back and said they were trying to wrap up the cars they had. Mind you no one was doing anything outside. All they had to do is say they weren’t taking any more cars when we drove up. That’s all it would have taken and we would have understood. Communication is key. This is the second time with questionable service at this location. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
