Really not sure what all the negative reviews are about. My experience was great! State Farm sent my car here to have collision repairs and there wasn't one issue. I got continuous updates during the repair process of my vehicle, it was cleaned upon my arrival to pick up and the staff were wonderful!

If I could give negative stars I would. Take your car repair anywhere but here. My 2023 suv was rear ended in early March 2025. Gerber had my car for repairs for nearly 3 months a with 4+ attempts to repair it. I was told it would take roughly 2 weeks. I fully understand delays when parts take longer than expected to arrive or when additional damage is found. What I don’t understand is the level of incompetence of the staff repairing my car (specifically general manager, Steven R). I arrived to pick up the car on 4/11/2025, the replaced exhaust was HANGING from my car and scratched/dented. The paint was not repaired on the lift gate and bumper was scratched. Getting rear ended was not fun. Meeting Mouse at the front desk was a blast! She and her coworker Emily provided 5 star service and were fun to talk too. Unexpected things happen in life, and the fear of the unknown can be very disconnecting. I am glad I got to connect with Mouse and Emily and share some laughs.

Having just moved here I’ve been shopping for a new Auto Body Shop. I own three cars, so over the years shops are necessary, and one car was recently hit. Having read the reviews before calling, red flags were already waving. But I thought I’d give them a chance. Though the red flags got even stronger when I asked ”how far out for an estimate?” The receptionist asked me “is this through Insurance?” I said I don’t know yet. She said “well if this is Customer pay, it’s a at least till December.” What a racket!!!! What discrimination. Economic discrimination stay far away. Ask yourself since when did cash get put on the back of the line? I’d leave zero stars if I could. Asked for an estimate, regardless of the insurance carriers “guideline” for a very specific purpose. The blonde headed woman was not only unprofessional but looked at me, looked at the front desk rep, and rolled her eyes and said, as if she were angry “you handle this” Then stormed off. I immediately got in my truck and would never have them repair a golf cart much less my brand new truck. The world is full enough of anger and rudeness and to experience that from someone representing that establishment, speaks volumes on the rest of the staff. Utterly unprofessional and rude. I’d go to the tape if there was one and use it as a training on how not to speak to customers, much less anyone.
