Had such a great experience with Gerber. Alexis was very communicative and helpful about the whole process which included coordination with enterprise for my rental. I got email updates with a predicted estimated date of completion and whether or not they were on track or not to complete by that date. They had my car for 2 weeks. My car was washed and looked brand new when I picked it up! They even topped off my washer fluid. Would recommended to anyone! The warranty of the work was also a plus! 😊

My wife’s car was scheduled to be brought in for a quote on repairs, I called in to see if I could move the appointment up due to her being off work sooner than expected. A lady answered the phone and said please hold. Put me on hold for 30 mins until I hung up. Never returned to the phone nor was a call returned. I find this very unprofessional especially when I’m a new customer offering my business.

My Jeep was hit by an eighteen wheeler and the entire right side was repaired in their shop under a different owner. The front passenger floorboard was flooding with water every time it rained. I took it back to shop after Gerber Collision bought it. The Manager, Paul, took it back in with no hassles or issues and repaired issue free of charge. No more water getting into Jeep now. Saved me over $900 from having to bring to dealership for repair.

Absolutely delighted with the quality of the repair to my 4-Runner and the customer service/ Renda and all the staff make this repair so easy from my initial phone call to them to the finished product exactly as promised and when promised.
