Made her look brand new! They even cleaned the front seats of the Jeep, and got the sap off my baby! Just wish they could have run a vacuum over the dog hair in the back. Other than that, very pleased!

The entire team was courteous and professional. There was no waiting before someone came out to inspect my vehicle. They returned in a short time later with the estimate.

They've been pretty good to me while they are repairing my vehicle. The only thing that made me rate 4* was because I wish they would've told me on the phone (before bringing my car in) that they wouldn't be physically working on my car for at least 2 weeks. I picked up my rental the same day dropping off my vehicle thinking nothing of it, or at least thinking they'd be working on it within a week. I get a call almost 2 weeks later asking if I would like to pick my car up because they were done doing the assessment of the damage and ordered the parts that were needed, and I could pick it up and drive it until the parts and everything else came in. I was confused because I thought they were already working on my vehicle. I'm thinking well, I don't think I can just pause my rental time and p

Following an unexpected encounter with a deer, we contacted our insurance and, while telling us we could go anywhere, they told us they work directly with Quality Collision Center. We looked at their site, read reviews and decided to work with Quality... a very good decision. From our first call they were friendly, professional and gave us good information about the process of ordering parts and completing the repairs. Everything proceeded on time as we had discussed and resulted in, what I would call, a perfect job ...everything looks new, the headlight washers work as expected ...and we are truly very pleased.
