Had an issue with the battery in my van. I gave Northwoods Auto Tech a call, and Roni (service advisor) was able to get me in right away. Matt (service mechanic) performed the service on my van. I was only in there for a simple battery change but he also put air in my tires. Which they didn't have to do that. They checked everything over and made sure everything was correct. I was out the door in a reasonable time. Thanks again.

We had a very unfortunate situation where we were stranded with five kids and a dog hours from home. We were treated with such great kindness and professionalism by Paul, Travis and Roni, and they went above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly. We are so thankful for the wonderful service!

Where to start....hmmmm. Brought my 2017 F150 in for a diagnosis on a random misfire. Turns out my cam phasers and solenoids were on their way out. Timing set was getting close to replacement mileage also. I was recommended to them by a buddy and I could not be happier with how this all transpired. I've been taking our Volkswagen to Northwoods Auto Techs for many years. They've always provided great service on the vehicle and, more than that, great communication and customer service. Roni at the front desk is wonderful. My recent visit was an interesting one: I've had an electrical issue with the car since the last heavy rain. I dropped off my car this morning, and I got a call in the afternoon explaining that one of the technicians, Lucas, had identified the underlying issue was standing water in the vehicle. Rather than continue with a very costly diagnostic, they let me know the problem so I could have the chance to address the water issue first.
