I contacted the dealership because I was in a pinch and needed a new car asap. Scott Brass worked his magic and I came out of the situation with an UPGRADE and LOWER PAYMENTS. I couldn’t be more thankful for the time and work he put in to make sure this all worked out for me! He is super nice, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I will recommend him EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Initially, I had a great experience with the team at Rhinelander GM. The employees I’ve dealt with have always been friendly and helpful, and I genuinely believe the front-line staff does their best to take care of customers. That said, there are clear systemic problems at the dealership level. This isn’t an issue with the service advisors or technicians personally — it feels like a breakdown in management processes and quality control, and it ultimately falls on the dealership and GM. When I purchased my 2022 Silverado ZR2 with roughly 15,000 miles, it was sold as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Rhinelander GM failed to properly file the CPO warranty, and as a result I’m now without coverage on several major powertrain components. That is a serious issue, especially given the reliability

Kristianna was great! From setting up my brake appointment to delivering my car after brake install, she made sure I had everything I needed. She explained everything, and when there was a parts problem she had a plan in place and made sure I had transportation. Kristianna kept in touch with me so I knew how things were progressing. She helped me find and use my Buick points to help defray some of the cost. I never knew I could do that! Thanks so much, Kristianna!

What a smooth process buying a car here is. I really appreciate Lance and all his hard work in making sure I was getting the best bang for my buck but still getting into something I loved. I really like their used car policy as well, I bought one truck but didn't love it and I was still able to exchange it out for something I did love, and it didn't cost me any more to make the exchange. Another shout out to Lance who really knows his stuff. I liked he was super knowledgably about not only the cars and SUVs, but also the trucks. Shoutout to the beast in the mechanics department as well. Thanks for all the help with removing our 5th wheel hitch.

I thought everyone was nice and courteous. Felt service was adequate. What set me off was the 3 percent upcharge because I used a credit card which in my opinion is a scam. Also, I felt the service writer was a little arrogant. On top of that they installed the wrong part which I didn't need. Now I have to come back and have them install the part I do need and get charged for labor again on something they could of done the first time. Definitely won't be buying my next vehicle from them.
