Didn't get any work done, but Travis spent at least 15 minutes researching a Check Engine condition my vehicle was experiencing. He said he wanted to give me the most accurate information possible, and I appreciated that as I had a 1300-mile trip home. High marks.

Travis is awesome. Had himself a bit of a challenge with my vehicle and he got fixed right up. And very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

My parents had come up for the weekend and when they went to leave their truck sounded quite terrible. Professional Automotive was recommended by a friend and I gave them a call to inquire about getting the truck looked at. Travis was extremely competent, honest, and willing to be upfront about how long it might take to get the vehicle looked at. I called on a Monday and he had said they could not get it in until next Wednesday, but if I wanted to drop it off and leave it that they would attempt to service it when they had downtime. Since I was able to drop it off and leave it, they were able to look at the truck that week on Thursday, gave me a call before they closed with information on what was wrong and then gave me an estimate on cost. I unfortunately had a very hard time finding the place, but once I did I was so glad that I did. They still took me even though I was a half hour late. They were very friendly and very fast and thuroll. He explained to me what was wrong and fixed my light for me even though that wasn't apart of the estimate I had said. I was very appreciative of their service. They also didn't charge me for the estimate. I will definitely be making them my go to place when I need my car worked on. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanical place.

Travis and his crew have always pinpointed our maintenance issues and sorted it out quick. Communication is great and I'm always confident in the work they perform.
