Hodag Honda

I recently bought a Honda 2200i generator to charge my 2024 Winnebago Revel, but it wasn’t charging the batteries. I contacted the inverter company, the battery company, and Winnebago and they all pointed the finger at someone else. I was completely stuck and running out of options (and power!) when I called Hodag Honda. Within about 20 minutes of troubleshooting, their team helped me reset my inverter back to factory settings; something even the inverter company couldn’t figure out. The moment we did, my 2200i immediately started charging the batteries! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me get back up and running. Honest, professional, and customer-focused. I’ll definitely be back to Hodag H

Old-Fashioned American honesty, quality of work, and pride. I mis-diagnosed a problem with my Honda generator; and told the parts manager to order a new starter. Within 15 minutes of my arrival; the technicians informed me I did NOT need a new starter. They changed the battery cables, cleaned and serviced, adjusted my choke, changed the oil; now it runs better than new (25 years ago). Great Americans!
