Needed bodywork after a minor collision. Gerber was GREAT! Estimate was quick and ended up being almost exactly what the actual repair cost ended up being. The car was done 2 days early, the insurance company had no issues with the estimate, the work performed, or the final cost. Gerber also took care of returning the rental I needed while the repairs were being made. All the Gerber employees were friendly, professional, and considering the reason I was there, very sympathetic and compassionate (I REALLY like my car). They took great care of it and now it looks better than new! I could not be happier with the results. Thank you Gerber! I highly recommend them!

Not very much interested in painting my entire car. I went to get an estimate to replace both bumper covers and paint entire car. A few rock chips on the hood that would be gone after little sanding. Then when I showed him my 1x1 inch rust bubble, he said we don't do metal patching. He was just throwing out numbers from 10K to 13K. But once I showed him the very small rust spot, he wanted nothing to do with it. Just saying. The car runs perfect. Just wanted a paint job. Reply to owner. I made an appointment the day before for 11:00 am. It seemed like I was bothering him. Now look at the video and please explain why you don't, or wouldn't want to paint this car? I have no idea. I've was an ASE Master Tech-for 35 plus years. I owned my own shop for 24 years. There was a body shop right next

Shout out to Gerber collision and glass in St Charles and especially to Aaron, the estimator and point person for your repairs- responsible for communication to customer and their insurance company. No issues over a 5 week repair - communication constant- (phone and text) -$18,000 in damages is no small job- and time will be ultimate test of repair, but it looks great today and lifetime warranty takes anxiety out of future. Thank you for making my only 1 year old Kona N Line look like new again.

Aaron & entire Gerber staff very friendly, I brought them a replacement passenger side mirror, plastic housing, built in directional, that came painted black, they Matched the paint on new mirror perfectly, this on a vehicle that’s a weathered 2012. New mirror installed and one could never tell the mirror has been replaced. Nice job Gerber!
