11/28/25 : Very professional and fast. They were on top of communication. The tech was great and had both glass panels done in less than an hour on my Freightliner Cascadia. I'd definitely use them again.

My appointment was today and my technician was a young man named Thomas. He was amazing! He allowed me to view the whole process of changing my windshield and explained everything to me as he was doing it. They were prompt, efficient, and super professional. I would recommend them over and over again. I went to their shop but they also come to you for windshield replacement. Such an amazing place to deal with.

Outstanding service with high quality work. Called Glass America on the replacement of our Prius windshield, they coordinated with our insurance company and agent to make the whole process so smooth and quick! Even with needing to order windshield from the dealership, our windshield was replaced in two days. Jerry was very professional, arrived on time and finished the work within 40 minutes. We definitely will go back when needed.

Was going to go to safelite and have a windsheild installed but they wouldn't come to my location,But Glass America would which was awesome I had to work. I spoke to the tech which seemed nice and experienced. The process took about a hour. When I finished work I was very surprised by the work that was left for me when I got home .The windsheild looked great but the top corners didn't seat flush and you could see where the glass met the car. I was horrified! I contact the tech that came out and he told me he knew why i was calling but it was nothing he could further and that's just what I would be left with. I went to a local windshield tech who was willing to come to my house and that a look at it he suggested that a couple of things were done incorrectly and I should get them back out an
