This company deserves no stars. They do not answer their phone and their adjuster does not respond to calls or texts. I have filed a complaint with the LA Department of Insurance and hope that they close this company down.
I have been on the phone on hold for over 1 hour and 30 minutes now and the app keeps crashing and I’m trying to renew my policy before I get a flag on my license
Had a wreck a week ago with one of their “insured drivers” can’t get anyone on the phone. Fake company from what I can tell.
Took over a week to speak to an agent and get the ball rolling. Then finally did released my vehicle from tow yard. Never heard again called customer service and was told I couldn’t receive an update bc agents are off on the weekend lmao. Never will use this company again. The little bit they are cheaper isn’t worth it.
They have the best prices for insurance. The only issue that I have had was trying to renew my policy online. I can make payments just fine but on two occasions I couldn't renew my policy and had to wait for a customer service representative to renew it for me. But overall, good company.
