These guys are great! They’re the only place I trust with my car. I never feel like they’re trying to sucker me into something I don’t need, so I feel 100% comfortable with their recommendations.

Brought my truck to get the realignment corrected. They charged me over $100 and gave me a print out piece of paper that I could not interpret. Needless to say, I left with the same issue hoping it would correct itself. About 3 weeks later I still have the sheet of paper. And it says “new tires are recommended”.

I have had 4 or more vehicles serviced and repaired here. Great service, good communication during the process and even when they make honest mistakes they make it right. I will continue to trust them with my automotive repairs.

Absolutely amazing experience. I was stuck in a really terrible situation with my vehicle and weird tire sizes and all of the staff at Gonzales Tire & Automotive went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. With an hour and a half drive a head of me my spare wasn’t going to cut it and they didn’t have what I needed. After being so kind, patient, and understanding they were able to not only find a suitable tire, but did not charge me. Experiences like this are truly once in a lifetime and I could not be more grateful. Thank you! 🙏

Listed as an authorized Nexen tire dealer on Nexen's website, but upon my arrival denied having any knowledge of any warranties on Nexen tires or even how to file them. Keep in mind I have a legitimate tire warranty claim. Have original proof of purchase from less than a year ago and tire has plenty of treadlife left. I told the employee that Nexen warranty department said all you have to do is be on the phone with the dealer, the customer, and the nexen warranty and its super easy form you fill out,b ut he denied any knowledge of that nor that they do that. He even confirmed the owner said they are a Nexen authorized dealer, but will not assist in any tire warranty claims. Moreover, I have a nail on the very edge of the inside of my Nexen tire and the employee said that it is repairable,
