While waiting for the part to arrive the oil was changed and they checked on a tow issue we had as well. The part arrived and was installed immediately. My mother made an appointment, my husband and I went to drop off the car because she just broke her arm and the guy at the front counter came out and told us to move our cars when there were no parking places other then handicap or blocking there bays and was extremely rude to us. Then when my husband went in to drop the keys off the guy had not wrote down a thing my mother had said she needed done, had no clue what was going on. He does not need to be behind a counter when clearly he has no experience/knowledge/ people skills, or a brain. Trying to charge my mom $175 an hour for a tire alignment and rotation. Went to get tire fixed that was going down they told me it would be hours before they to get to me. I had got tire from them for years on all 3 of my car. I will never use them again. This is how they treat people who has spend major money there. I will never buy another tire from them. Management need to be fire.
