Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Well I thought everything was okay until the next day when I realized there was oil splattered and smeared all over my car. One would think for a $50 oil change this wouldn't be acceptable. Oil hand prints, oil smears, oil leaking out of my bumper, oil on my windshield and oil all over the engine...not acceptable

I’ve been going to this Valvoline location for years and was really disappointed today. Nobody checked my blinkers, tires, brake lights, headlights etc. They didn’t check my battery or air filter. They didn’t ask me what oil I wanted and just chose one. I didn’t get a receipt and had to ask for a sticker to put on my windshield. It felt rushed and for $84 that’s bad. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Olivia is amazing and always takes great care of me and explains everything she is doing. Also always very friendly! I always get in and out quickly.

Olivia was great and overall had a great experience. I felt comfortable explaining my concerns with my car! her and another guy was working on my car, I never caught his name though:( long hair!

I was waiting a good 30 minutes before any other car showed up. They put a truck at the other door and ended up letting him in first. When I saw a worker I said something and was told they were moving me and the 3 cars behind me so I could go in after the truck and he was "just getting his tires done". Not happy about the long wait then having to wait longer because someone who came after me was put before me. Asked for wipers since I had to wait so long and was told the most they could do was $10 off. I have been going to this location for years and never any issues, I think I am going to take the extra few minutes and start going to the new location on the other side of town. I also had a coolant leak and asked them to cancel the evac method and pull the drain plug to be sure I did
