They did excellent work on our vehicle. Had frame damage and they straightened it out perfectly. Replaced door and fender. Kept us up to date with the progress. Very nice staff and I appreciate the fantastic job they did.

Katie who runs the office is great. That's the only reason for 2 stars.. However, I had a broken hood latch and they opened it by cutting a hole In my hood which I agreed to (since They said it was the only way) They also cut my radiator in the process, but did not tell me until a week later when I wanted to come take it to another shop, since they couldn't get a hood and another shop could. That's when I got the unfortunate news that I could not drive my car off the lot, and was going to be responsible for paying for the new radiator and labor (about $250 more) Now, I have a car with a busted radiator and hole in the hood (which they cannot find a part for eventhough in 15 min another shop had on its way) their only suggestion to me was to go pull and pick up my own part miles away and b

They towed my car about 10 miles. Let it sit in their shop over the weekend, then Monday claimed it was a fuse and they fixed it and charged me just under $300. Went to drive my car for the first time today and it died again, the exact same problem. The car restarts once it cools down, so they just saw that it started and stuck me with a payment and called it a day. Honestly, wouldn’t care if it was truly a fuse and fixed the problem but now I have to have it towed to (hopefully) a more reputable shop to have it looked at, so I wasted $300 for nothing!

Our truck ended up totaled, but we called these guys for the tow and they put together the estimate and gave us tips for getting the most for our vehicle from the insurance company. They were professional, friendly and easy to work with. I would 100% use them again and I’m sure if the truck had been fixed and not totaled, they would have done a thorough job. Job was completed was excellent. Valarie at front was professional and good to work with as well as the Calvin next to her in office. There was an issue but only minor and was handled professionally and resolved quickly. They believe in quality and making sure customers are satisfied and happy with the work completed. I would recommend walkers body shop. T.R.
