I rolled in at 4:55 with an aggressively flat tire. Despite obstacles with a proprietary locking lug nut situation these guys went out of their way to stay after hours and get me on the road. Stand up fellas. Highly recommended.

I got a flat tire in Ottumwa and drove to the next town on my spare. The dealership doesn't carry tires. Goodyear didn't have my tire size, but called around and found one. Thank you for saving my day and getting me home in a timely fashion. Super nice staff and great/quick service!! Thank you!!!

Friendly. Helpful. Reliable. I moved to Fairfield 4 years ago from NJ. In NJ I always took my cars to a Goodyear for tires, repairs, etc. & always had good service. I was happy to find a Goodyear in Fairfield & the first service I needed I took my car to the Goodyear. I've had consistently excellent service every time, no matter the issue. I definitely recommend.

This place dosent care about helping you they just want more money they quoted me 650 and then when I went to pay it was 1950 dollars for things they were not even asked to fix and left intake hose disconnected Then my car they fixed a couple wires and put antifreeze in and the problem still isn't fixed they had it for 4 weeks to do that 😑 and charged me 400 dollars for literally some wires and antifreeze I do not recommend them at all

Awful service. Front desk lady was very rude. Interrupted me when I spoke and barely gave me a chance to speak.
