I just wanted to leave a nice review for Grappone Fords parts manager. Zach Buckman he always has gone above and beyond for his customers. I’ve never had a bad experience with him. He the reason that keeps me coming back to Grappone Ford. He’s absolutely top shelf. Considerate, Respectful, and extremely knowledgeable not only of the company processes but of the customers needs.
I had an issue with some parts i ordered from Grappone parts dept. I ended up talking to the Grappone parts manager Zach Buckman who handled it quickly and professionally. Grappone parts is great place to buy parts. My personal thanks to Zach buckman for handling my situation quickly !!!! Thank you Grappone parts
The parts department has always been fast and efficient every visit. When parts need to be ordered they are able to get them fast. Only ford dealer I will use
