I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like Groundwork Detailing (Ryan) deserved a fair one based on MY OWN experience. After seeing some of the negative reviews, I know how the world works and wanted to give him the opportunity,and I’m SO glad I decided to give him a chance. From the moment I arrived, Ryan was respectful, straightforward, and focused on the work. He paid close attention to detail, explained what he was going to do, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. He communicated with me the whole time he had my vehicle. When I picked up my car, it looked better than it has in YEARS, it honestly looked brand new for being 13years old. Highly recommend, Ryan @ Groundworks was very easy to work with for a fast turn around. Easy of mind and weight off shoulders preparing the car for presentation. We had a CLS 500 sitting for some months Ryan was able to revitalize the paint, amazing wax removing surface scratches. Premium interior detail. And replacement tires since the originals were rotting from sitting. Even finished with a new car smell. Appreciate the work. Will return!

I’ve been bringing my truck to Ryan at Groundwork Detailing for 4 years now. From the initial ceramic coating, to the maintenance coats yearly and multiple detailings I’ve always been treated with professionalism and prompt responses when I had contacted for service. Every time my truck rolls out of there shop it looks better than the day it rolled of the lot. With this service I will continue bringing my truck and recommend others to do the same.

I did the stupidest thing on October 30th, 2025 by trusting this guy Ryan. I had sought Epoxy work for my basement and somebody who did my driveway recommended Ryan. We agreed that work would start 2 weeks later. As I write this now, the guy is incommunicado. He was supposed to start the job on Thursday, 11/13/25. When I last spoke to him on this day, he made an excuse and promised he would come on Friday. He never showed up and never answered my calls. I gave him 1/4 down payment of the total amount for the work($550). I wonder, if indeed he does epoxy work at all. All I see and read here is about car detailing. I am now weighing my options. So, Ryan and a friend, wherever you're, please pick up the phone and call me. At this point, I do not want you to do the job. I just want my $550 bac

I had an amazing experience at this car detailing shop. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. My car had months of dirt, stains, and kid messes, and they made it look like it just came off the showroom floor. The attention to detail was incredible — every surface was spotless, the interior smelled fresh, and even the small crevices were cleaned perfectly. They were honest about pricing, finished the job on time, and clearly take pride in their work. I’ve been to other detailers before, but none have matched the quality I received here. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know. If you want your car to look brand new again, this is the place to go! 🚗✨
