I got an oil change from the dealership, and now the engine has no oil, and it's all over the ground. Looks like it's coming out around the oil filter... leaked all oil out it's also all over my driveway at home. Don't get an oil change here!

Took four hours (update: I may be released in 30 minutes, so it will have only been 3 hours) to change a battery that was under warranty. It is impressively slow. Additionally, the service agents couldn’t be bothered to greet customers when they pulled in. I thought they may be busy when I pulled in, but it was the case for everyone. Unfortunately,they had The View on the tv. As if having to take off of work for Jeep to fix a known problem wasn’t enough, we get to hear far Whoopie and Joy share their fat lady thoughts on the election. Also, you’ll need to pay for a drink of water. A vending machine at a service center waiting room is hilarious. Two stars because there was coffee, and they didn’t even make me pay.

This is the second time I took my jeep in for an oil change. I made an appointment for 8am on Wed 9/6. I arrived at 745 at 920 I look for my service advisor. I told him I need my car back I had to be some place else. He went to check and brought my car around they had not even started to change my oil. Service here has always sucked and hasn't changed. Do yourself a favor take your car somewhere else.
