Michael Fry at the parts department was extremely helpful. He got me set up with all new suspension parts and bushings, brake pads, spark plugs and when the shipment came in earlier than expected he called to let me know. He was very professional and courteous, even loaded everything into my truck when I came to pick it up. 10/10 experience

Liars. I went to see a truck they had advertised. When I got there, I saw at least 7 salesmen standing at the front entrance to the building. I tall young man came out and I asked him about the specific truck. He left and returned only to tell me his coworker went to lunch and took the truck. I was okay! Do you have a similar truck. He left and came back to tell me the truck was unavailable. I asked when his coworker was returning, and he couldn't provide a time. I was so disgusted with the effort and information provided. The kid wasn't rude, but it seemed like he was just hanging out and had no care bout selling anything. I got a call from the dealership and asked if they could help me. I asked the gentleman if they were in the business of selling trucks! He said,"Yes." I was like yo

I seldom do negative reviews as much as I could. But this one boils down to a simple accessory hardware. How could they provide good service on a big ticket item like your car if they could not even help you with a simple screw or washer ??? Yes, i could easily get that on a hardware, but why would I, if it was "supposed" to be included on my order. I was so lucky enough that i did not order my new truck to them !

Worst experience ever. Went to buy a set of wheels for a F-250. Before I headed that way I was assured and had someone from parts department confirm that they do have the center caps. After arriving there they lost the center caps and didn’t even make an attempt to locate the original center caps or discount a replacement off the cost off the wheels. Made a 1hr 30 minute round trip drive for nothing and not including the time I wasted there. Very bad experience.

The factory overhead storage console's door keeper broke on my '05 F150. The door swings down and will not stay shut, this blocks the rear view mirror. I had to visit Rockwall Ford to order the console ($185). Hopefully it'll fit and match the color. We'll see. UPDATE: The overhead storage compartment came in! I was contacted by Rockwall Ford to pick it up. The compartment was the correct color and fits perfectly.
