I am going to give my experience a 5. It was solid. I inherited a truck (2007 F150) and it had one issue. Shaking at higher speeds - 55mph+. I asked them to inspect the vehicle for the State requirement, and hopefully find out what the shaking issue was. I had done some research online and talked to some knowledgeable Ford owners so I had an idea of what it could be. But not sure…. They diagnosed three of four ball joints were shot. And it, of course, needed a tire balance. I gave it the green light. I wasn’t blow away with the pricing either way - but it seemed fair enough. I went to the DMV to get my tags renewed but was sadly missing an emissions test. As I was driving home I passed H & S and thought well let me just pop in and see if they have time. The gentleman at the service counter was so kind and helpful. They squeezed me in right away and I was in & out in no time. Thank you H & S I will absolutely be back for future automotive service needs!

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. Explained why an aftermarket part we purchased might not be the best option and to get an OEM part instead. Took a couple of days for all the trucks' readiness monitors to register. It finally worked, and the check engine light went off. Able to pass emissions. Thank you so much! Just wish you all were open on Saturday too.

If I could give zero stars I would. Told them something was wrong with the alternator and they proceeded to tell me it was fine and that the battery was unplugged. Charge me a hundred and forty bucks and now the alternator is still not working.

Wonderful shop that was able to get me in same day for an emissions inspection and they were so quick and even went the extra mile to put down a placemat for my floor mat.
