Haddad Toyota Service

I couldn’t recommend Haddad Toyota enough! Renee was incredibly helpful and kind in walking me through the process. I work in sales and am sensitive to feeling like I’m being sold on something - I didn’t feel pushed or manipulated once in my experience here. These folks just know their cars and market so well they don’t need tricks - they’re just nice and have the best prices around (I did a TON of research on this fact). I live over an hour away but Haddad is my new go - to dealership because I trust them.

Service advisor did a great job of keeping me informed. All of the maintenance requests were done and completed in the time frame promised. The 1st 2 photos show the damage and the 3rd shows the after. Its as good as brand new. I cant say enough about how pleased I am.

Excellent service from start to finish. I was greeted at the door with instructions on where to pull my car into the garage. The customer service person, Clara, explained all that would take place with my car, the service, the time frame, and asked if I would be staying or prefer a driver to take me home. She couldn't have been more accommodating. The waiting area was comfortable, with good coffee, vending machines and comfortable seating. This was my first experience with Haddad. I highly recommend them for service, even if you drive a Ford, as I do. :) Thank you!

Haddad delivered well on its usual great service. The appointment process was easy. When I had a glitch and had to call in, the customer service person was friendly, professional, and efficient. Check in at my appointed time was a breeze. Sarah, my person, explained things clearly and with a smile. The shuttle driver (back and forth) was prompt. The services performed were done well and on time. Kudos, Haddad.

I am very impressed from my dropping off my vehicle and speaking with Sue Rogers the contact that I had when checking for an update. And of course Joe who was so comfortable to talk with it just felt like family. When I saw the amazing job that the auto body techs did I was very happy and I would give Haddad collision center a 100%. I would definitely refer my family, friends and strangers the same opinion that I am posting here. And Joe I'm sure you will know what I mean when I say there was a. ( little sticker ) On my tail light. Have a great day.
