Ethan, the service advisor and Steve the service manager at BMW were very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous, and Justin, the diesel mechanic is very capable. If you own a BMW diesel, the best place to get it fixed is at a BMW factory authorized service center like BMW Of Lenox. They were formerly called Berkshire BMW; same great service.

I always have a great experience whenever I visit the Volkswagen dealership. They typically get me in right away, and focus on exactly what needs to be repaired, serviced, or maintained. The staff and crew are friendly and very accommodating- Make sure you take part, in the courtesy coffee station. Which is my favorite- there’s a machine for latte, coffee, cappuccino all of the yummy stuff. And if you’re feeling like a walk While you wait, there’s a Starbucks right up the street at their new location on pittsfield/ Lenox road. The environment is spacious and comfortable while you wait… free standing opportunity to browse the on display vehicles. This review is primarily about VW service writer Ethan. Easily the most helpful and personable person I have worked with at any dealership or service station, and I have worked with a few very good ones.. No matter how thorny the situation he always has a smile and tries to find a way to help. He is also knowledgeable and respects that you may know about cars and repairs yourself, so he talks to you like an adult. He is the primary reason I use Pittsfield VW/BMW/Audi.

I appreciate the professionalism od this business. They send real time videos on inspections of your car and go beyond to ensure they can keep you a a valued costumer.
