I visited this shop today to pick up my maintenance records. Rather than asking what he could do to help change my mind or ask if I could remove my post which I would’ve have. While waiting, the owner confronted me about a review I had left last year regarding my dissatisfaction with their service. I chose not to engage in a confrontation, as I felt it was important for one of us to remain professional. Unfortunately, my experience here has been consistently negative—my bike left with more issues than it came in with, and today’s interaction only reinforced my concerns. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this business.

I’ve been going to North’s since I was a teenager. They always edm to have what I need and at a great price. Service this particular time and many others has been friendly and genuine. I just needed some chain lube, cleaner and a brush, and the employee there handled it with urgency while making great conversation. Will be back for sure!

Very happy with my recent purchase from Norths! The staff where all very helpful and friendly. I was desperately looking for the latest year Honda rebel and as soon as Chris got one in he called me to let me know. Chris and Norths have exceeded my expectations. I would recommend to Norths to anyone that wants excellent service for your motorcycle, dirt bike or ATV needs.

Overall had a good experience here. I spent a bit more than I intended to but that’s the price of owning a 40 year old bike. Chris was professional and respectful throughout the process of fixing my bike. Eric was very informative about what he did to my bike as far as diagnosis and repair.
