I had an issue with my car not starting and didn’t want to wait around for AAA, so I reached out to Glen at Hoff’s based on a friend’s recommendation. He responded promptly and was ready to come help right away. Fortunately, I was able to get my car started before he arrived, but Glen still took the time to answer my questions and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the situation. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to assist on short notice. I highly recommend Hoff’s Towing for anyone in need of fast, reliable, and friendly roadside service!

This place is the worse towing services in the Berkshires. I had my truck towed from the Monro mufflers to my home residence. The driver didn’t back it up off the ramp completely. Instead he backed it up partially and then started reeling the ramp in which then my front end completely dropped to the ground from two feet in the air. Which almost caused my truck to tip over. They damaged my truck and refused to reimburse me my money. When I told the owner what one of his drivers did, he didn’t believe me and just brushed it off like it was nothing. Just very bad service and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away from this towing place if you want your vehicle in one peace.

Ended up with a flat tire, called AAA and Hoff’s was dispatched to my location. Glenn, the driver that was working that day, came to my rescue like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Great communication, familiar with the area in terms of where my car was located in the shopping center, and most importantly THE BEST POSITIVE ATTITUDE. He didn’t skip a beat quickly swapped the tire with my spare while engaging in genuine conversation. We all know it’s hard to find hard working individuals these days but to have an enthusiastic and the glass is half full comically energized person is unheard of. Needless to say if I run into any other automotive troubles Hoff’a will be my first call. Thank you again Glenn, keep spreading that light.☀️

Can’t recommend this place enough. Glenn is genuinely one of the most positive and helpful people and a dream to work with. He got us out of a real jam in a very timely manner.

While on vacation in Stockbridge, MA my car suddenly overheated and my attempt to drive my vehicle to the auto shop resulted in maximum overheating. I called Hoffs Services and spoke with Glen who was very personable and helpful. He knew exactly where I was located and arrived when he said he would. As I am not from this area, Glen advised me on which auto shops were open on the July 4th weekend and took me and my car to Monro Auto Services in Lenox where I had another very positive experience. Thanks Glen.
