“Best experience ever” Mr. Jason & Mr. Paul are truly awesome, from the customer service, professionalism and their knowledge, certainly put me at easy. As a woman taking a car to be serviced, I’m always nervous about being taken advantage of. Mr.Paul not only explained exactly what was needed, he proved pictures which provided necessary proof. I look forward to having both my vehicles serviced at this Midas. Thank you to your entire team.

I had a great experience with Christian both times I’ve brought my car to Midas Towson. I’ve had plenty horrible experiences with places taking advantage of people less knowledgeable but Christian has always been honest ,reasonable and transparent about the needs of my car. Very professional and kind. The store manager Paul made sure I had help in financing the repairs on my car. Instead of making me feel insecure about my original form of payment, he assured me that others had the same issues and was happy to help with a better solution. My technician, Mike, was able to diagnose the problems with my car and was speedy with the work. I arrived at 7:30 am and was done by 10am. Great Job guys !👍🏾

Paul and Kimoy were so wonderful personnel’s that helped me fix my car. I had no clue what I was doing but they helped ease my mind as a first time car owner and amazing sense of humor. Very caring individuals. Highly recommend
