Sold me a vehicle. We have to pay weekly or bi weekly . I have proof to prove it, but 3 weeks later AFTER I BOUGHT IT they are saying we are late a come to my door step . It only cost me $300 which is nothing AND COULD HAVE easily paid it? But nope. They took my deposit and god for bid you’re a week late ( at that time I was so use to monthly payments and that was my plan but I didn’t even get 4 weeks with the car ) I strongly believe in gods work and karma because 3 days before getting, the clutch messes up, transmission is making sounds so I had no issue then taking it 3 weeks after purchase. If you’re buying from them read the reviews and DO NOT BUY A RED/ORANGE FORD FIESTA manual transmission it has issues!! And to the owners.. Karma is real. god is real.. and it’ll come back 🙏🏼

Son buys a truck and they misinformed him of the title situation. Apparently it had salvaged title. Yes she called after we paid down payment and ask what we wanted to do. However paperwork was done, money changed hands and before I could call my son whom was at work to say yes or no if he still wanted the truck. She called and added full coverage to my insurance. We all know full coverage on a salvage title is pointless because it won’t pay but 25% cause it already paid before. But they still charge my son full amount to cover truck. My son is 18. So yes he got the truck anyway even though I advised him not to. After he losses his brakes and almost killed himself, we find that they put couplings on brake lines and caused failure. I ask he to call the inspector place to see if it would pas

A 1 star review actually came from being cussed by the owner after the tornado came through and blew a tree over on my car and I asked for some sort of assistance. At the time I was broke and took what I could, the car before the tree through it was in bad mechanical condition when I bought it ...after the tree and the owner acting all big and bad, I offered it up for repo. I will say the process of getting a vehicle from them was an easy one and Jason has a silver toung, but just know you're buying junk, and God help you if things go wrong.. Zero compassion but you can get a good cussing if you want. If your lucky enough to get a decent car and you never run into an odd situation as I did (tornado in Wilkes) you might be find it to be a good buying experience, but with all the low rating

Heritage Motors has always been good to work with and up front about their vehicles. If your honest with him and reasonable you wont have any troubles. I've known Jason for some time and bought cars off him.

Bought a small Nissan Sentra here car was decent but had collision with a deer so our insurance company total loss the vehicle. Insurance paid our loan off to these ppl and while we had the car before the accident we paid over 2000 for it already. So after the insurance paid them in full they called us on numerous occasions and demanded more cash said we still owed them over 1000 Buck's lol threatened to take us to court etc. I told them the car got paid over twice the worth and go ahead and do whatever they felt they needed to do lol. I would not ever advise anyone to go there and purchase any vehicle especially if you don't know much about cars because we had to test drive 10 car's just to get the Nissan we finally did take home several overheated etc. they will try to rip you off whenev
