Highland Park Ford Service

Very poor and unprofessional especially Mike he is so rude and have no idea how to deal with customer in services department. Will definitely make complaint of him to cooperte aswel.

I had a fantastic experience at this location! The staff were extremely helpful and provided quick service. Although I had a broken tail light and a trunk that wouldn't open, they did an excellent job fixing the issues. Plus, the price was very reasonable. Thank you for the great service!

The dealership is awesome as sales and ownership personnel but I have complaint about the service department in general and one in particular service advisor name Mike he’s a super rude , disrespectful and un welcoming person it makes feel that he’s doing you a favor by fixing your car and not appreciating your business that makes their business successful .

I have been bringing my vehicle to Highland Park Ford Service for the past 5-6 years, and the quality of service has just gotten worse in the last 2 years. I just stopped by today Friday 130pm (7/19/2024) to try and get an oil change (no appointment needed), and they instructed me to pull in my car, park it, and go right to the service desk to sign-in. I went to the service desk, 3 guys were there, one guy (Roberto?) at the computer looking like he was busy, second guy (Steve) had phone to the ear but not doing any talking, and third guy (Frank) was slamming paperwork/printer like he was mad about having to work there. I stood there waiting for a few minutes for one of them to say "hi can I help you" but no, nothing, just ignored me. I ended up going back to my car to leave and the
