Highly recommended. I ran over a nail, and they were able to receive, evaluate, repair, and send me on my way in about half an hour, all told. The charge was more than fair, the people were great, and free wifi in the waiting room! Great place.

While Waynesville Tire is known for quality service, I was almost brought to tears by the kindness of their mechanics today. I had bought a dual dash cam online that seemed deceptively easy to install. It was not, as it was overwhelming to me. Today, I stopped in to see if they could help. Without any hesitation, the dash cam was installed in under 15 minutes. When I asked what I owed, there was no charge!! Where does that happen in today’s culture? I had been a satisfied customer previously, but, I am so very grateful for this act of kindness, that I want to let others know that there is a business in our midst that values relationships as well as technical excellence at all levels. Clearly, no job was too small. Thank you so much!

Great place and great people. They got me in same day before a snow storm. Can not say enough great things about their establishment.

I work overnights so did the online quote at 4:30. needed the repair done soon as it is urgent. so i called the store when they opened. guy on the phone was very respectful and said they couldn’t do suspension (even though it says they can on the website). he referred me to a different shop that can do it and i told him that was okay and thanked him. later received a VERY rude email from jeff claiming i had left a review when i didn’t even leave a review 😂 He was very rude in the email bashing me for doing a online quote at 4:30. update your website bud, and maybe do an attitude adjustment while your at it. list that one on your website. anyway, wouldn’t recommend. i’m sure the service is as bad as jeff’s attitude. props to the respectful guy that answered the phone good. he deserves a bet
