David v. and Brandon were above and beyond top notch. As long as you’re honest with them they did the exact same for me. Instead of letting me waste 9 hr of driving to their other lot for a one certain model I wanted they called and both had sold. Called me again 10 min later mind you after close and plz come in the mourning we will have two for you to look at. I chose the first one 2016 ford explorer platinum 4x4 the car is amazing and it is the exact model I wanted with the down payment and bi weekly payments I asked for from the start. If I could give them a zero I would I made a holding deposit on Tuesday for 500 hundred dollars and call back on Wednesday to make the finalized of the remaining payment to be able to pick my car up this morning after me and my spouse took of work to go to Alabama to get this car was waiting to hear back from the salesman to finalize everything he made me aware that why he was off on Wednesday that my car had been sold after talking to the douglasville manager he wasn’t taken any action on why this happened he stated to me it’s tax season and ppl walk in and have all the money upfront that probably why they were able to get it but at the same time how do they sell something that’s supposed was on a hold for somebody else nobody even tried making this right or even apologize for doing somet

I have been working with them for years and I finally was able to get it. Derrick was amazing and very patient. The support and quickness and patience of this entire team has been off the charts!!!
