This is the WORST place you can go for your parts majority of our parts have been defective and we have to wait months for a warranty processes. Not only that this facility has very poor customer service when you first walk in Irvy has a bad attitude VERY POOR no help what so ever didnt bother to look into the situation then I went to GM Daniel and expressed the services I just had and one word was said by him "OK"... WORST PLACE EVER!!! Dont waste your time and money. This place sucks the Business Bureau should look into this place and see there's been so many returns and staff sucks

Horrible customer service! I just left the place, waited in line for 30 minutes, just to be treated like trash by the employees.. I do not recommend this place, please take your business elsewhere.

Don't waste you money nor your time here!!!!!! I have a truck in the shop for more than 1 month, first they take more than 3 weeks to diagnose it after they told me it would take 3 days. Then they missdiagnose it and they take another week to give me another diagnose, not to mention that I had to call the service guy, Felix, MANY times and i even got the service manager, Danny, involved in this and still nothing is going on! Now in trying to get the general manager, Bobby, involved. I dont know what goes on in this place bit they are worthless!!!!!!!

Took our truck here and these guys did us right... took a couple days but that just means they’re busy..and that’s a good thing. Prefer them over the KW dealership up the road. Art kept in touch with me daily and I appreciated that!

Very professional service, they diagnostic my vehicle in not time and the price was fair.
