Honda of Watertown Service

Waste of Money! I had some Break system lights go off on my Honda, and it was making funny noises. I called around to try to find a place with a low Diagnostic fee. Although Honda of Watertown's fee was the highest, the receptionist told me that I can put the $230 towards repairs if I decide to have them done there. When I dropped off the car I verified this again with the Technician and he confirmed. When it was all said and done, I needed a new camera (not necessary repair) that was close to $2k.. The funny noises were supposedly coming from having different tires on the car. They didn't have the tires I needed and recommended I go elsewhere. I was more than impressed with Joe Helayel. He took me underneath my Honda Pilot twice to show me what was going on. He explained everything to me, was SUPER knowledgeable, and was honest and fair. I have only had good experiences at Honda of Watertown. My last two times there, I had Joe, and I hope he is always my advisor when I go there. Highly recommend.

I brought my vehicle for a water leak and over $1,000 dollars later, every time it rains water comes in. I had to bring my car back 4 times, every time they found the "leakage" ... I was told that I had 1 year warranty but I guess after too many failed attempts on their side, they just do not want to deal with it anymore. I spoke with both service "managers" and they told me they were going to handle it and fix the problem. After the 4th attempt I was told they could no longer continue to fix my car for "free" and they were nice enough to give me a loaner every time I had to bring my car back. I guess they expected me to be without a car for 2 months. The last time I picked up my car and it happened to rain the night prior, water came in. I made them aware of it before taking my car and I

$80 for a basic oil change. They don’t add anything extra as they used to. No tire rotation, topping off fluids and not even a car wash anymore. They didn’t even go over the paperwork with me. Just handed me the forms to pay and leave.

I had service done on my Honda last Fri. March 24th 2023 the service advisor Joe was great and the service tech Ray was also great he was so nice and just went above and beyond with his super service everyone was so nice even the valet guy Tim was just so polite and so helpful. Great team of guys at Watertown Honda thankyou all for the super great service.
