Hornet Car Wash

I put in a $5.00 bill in the stall closest to the building. I turned on the engine/tire cleaner which worked. That is all that worked. No rinse, no soap and nothing else. I moved over to the 2nd to last stall and spent another $5.00 washing the engine/tire cleaner off the tires and engine. All the other functions worked but it was such a hassle. I texted the number on the door just by chance I could get my $5.00 back but as of this writing, there was no response.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I swiped my card to pay, it took $15. No signage to inform of price. Tried to use foaming brush. NOTHING! car Not working at all. Used high pressure soap cycle. Don't know what they call soap, absolutely no cleaning. Not a single speck. cleaned. Not one bug off. My car got wet and that's it. Oh, and I got plenty wet from the overhead leaking like rain. Guy walking around doing stuff and asked me if I needed something, so I asked if he managed this place. "No, sorry." Yeah right... I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place should be prosecuted, not patronized!

If you are open for business then you need to be here everyday making sure everything works properly, AND cleaning the bays

Edit: must have been a $10 hold as I was only charged $6.......Original:So I do not expect much from a six dollar car wash. Rinse off dirt etc. That being said, I do expect to pay six dollars when choosing 6 dollar wash. My bank statement indicates 10 dollars charged.

The automatic wash is horrible. The coin wash is horrible. Doesn't clean anything off, doesn't spray soap. This place is poorly managed and the owner should probably sell it or close it. New auto wash does an amazing job of spraying water everywhere and making crazy noises. It DOES NOT clean anything off a vehicle. Hopefully the new one being built in front of walmart will clean vehicles and have soap.
