Even though the service is modified by working out of a trailer, it doesn't change how good they do their job. Felt well taken care of and had all our needs met. I watch them help an elderly gentleman figure out his dome lights on his Tech heavy vehicle. I'm sure he found it overwhelming and they took the time to sit and explain to any other things that he had questions about.

It’s so slow. I’m writing this as I’ve been waiting for 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment I scheduled. Don’t come here if you value your time

I've never had anything repaired here so I can't speak to the quality of major repair work but one of the worst things we ever did was buying the oil change package with our Hyundai. They require an appointment, which is understandable, but wait times for a simple oil change at your "appointment" time are typically 1.5-2.5hrs. On top of this they always seem to have trouble finding your oil change package information and act like your trying to get one over on them. If you're not generating revenue for them at that appointment it seems your are not a priority. I guess the moral of the story is "If they already have your money they don't care."

I truly don’t think anybody ever sat them down and explained what the word appointment means. If I have to make an appointment, then that should mean I do not have a 2+ hour wait in front of me. I don’t know what’s going on there but they either need to cut down the amount of available appointments or they need to figure out why on earth it takes two hours to do an oil change. I have the free plan right now that you get with buying a new car and I would honestly rather eat the cost and go to a real oil change place that I don’t need an appointment for. Why would I ever entertain the idea of coming here to get an oil change when they’re no longer free if this is what I have to deal with when they’re free?

The service here is getting worse every time I go, first of all they increased the price of getting oil change and tire rotation and and time waiting is about 2 or 3 hours to be done plus they always tried to sell overpriced services that you car don't need so if you value your time and your money you better stop coming here
