I’ve been going to this location since their last location was next door back in the 90s. I went in have my tier put on and an alignment done. I had to get there before opening as suggested the day before, sit on the bench or stand by the door. The line is no joke and the parking lot fills up fast. If the manger needs to let everyone know at the same time they will give you a speech. I had my tiers in the car ready to go but they don’t have appointments. That was ok I left my car they would call me once my car was ready. They did inspect my car to find the problem why I needed the alignment. I was glad they call me earl in the morning to give me the news, the cost and it would be taken care of that day. Because of the stimulus it is bet to call first to make sure they have your size tire

Good customer service. Had to wait awhile for a complete tire change but rather expected that. Clean and safe feeling.

Professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I've taken my vehicle here for tires and recommended them to three family members who also got tires from them. They are patient and took the time to answer questions related to the different tires offers, the conditions of the existing tires and recommended options.

Ideal the biggest ripoffs ever! They tried to charge my father 1600$ for installing a rocking arm kit and wheel alignment on his Cadillac truck. He went to Union Auto Parts up the street and the rocking arm kit was 158$. Ideal parts was 850$ trying to charge every part on the kit separately, labor was 650$ plus 129$ for wheel alignment. The alignment they do don’t even align the front correctly the print out still show all that red on there indicating the alignment really doesn’t align. A bunch of sorry scammers working the front counter.

Very disappointed been taking my vehicles there for many yrs but Chris head cashier knows it all. First they lose my center cap an stated it's wasn't in the box. That wheel was left over night and the next day I brought the other 3 wheels which all had center caps. Seems like a lost to me ‼ secondly, months later asked them to remove tires from the same set of rims now my rims have scratches an chips not from a curb. So I asked CHRIS how did this happen ? He stated we didn't do this. My question is if y'all installed the rims and tires also remove the wheels and tires and didn't happen from a curb how did the wheels get damages and IDEAL TIRES is the only ones to touch wheels .
