Innovative Detailing

Very good work! The amount of french fries, hair ties and crumbs that where on the floor of the shop when I got into my smelling and sparkling like new key was embarrassing. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I noticed a week later my cane was missing. (I am sure it was an accident, and shame on me for not following up and calling them)

Innovative Detailing on Bridgeport Avenue, Milford did a wonderful job with full detailing, inside and out, of my 2014 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I interviewed three shops including Innovative, and although impressed with all three, I selected Innovative because of owner Dexter’s 25 years of experience, his commitment to address a series of issues I hadn’t even thought of, and his price which was about one half that of one of his competitors. My car looks showroom new, even though its ten year old paint was extremely faded. I will be bringing other work to Dexter at Innovative Detailing. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Innovation was able to get out a Huge stain on light colored cloth seat, and a ton of scratches along the side of my Subaru. Every part of the car was sparking, door jams, motor, sides of seats. Amazing job, honestly was expecting the price to be enormous given the amazing job, was pleasantly surprised! Bringing my Tahoe next week!

Brought my Honda Ridgeline to Dexter to get rid of the swirl marks from the car wash. He cleaned, polished and added the ceramic coating to the paint, plastic and headlights. The truck looks like a sheet of glass, like new. Now in have to go to the touchless or hand car wash. I would highly recommend anyone looking to renew the paint on their car or truck to go to Innovative, they do phenomenal work I couldn’t be happier.

I’m a returning customer and I have to say they do an amazing job! The first time I came here I brought my girlfriend’s car as a gift and she was so happy. This time I got mine done. Everything looks, smells, and feels perfect.
