Yes, I took my Silverado 99 to The shop and I was very very welcomed you walk in you feel like you’re at home very clean very personable. Josh and the secretary was fantastic. I told him my situation and how I got taken for and stuff like that with different mechanics and I told him my situation he put it under a lot of testing, found out what it was which I thought it was in he told me the price he replaced it and they just kept me updated on everything and upfront and honest people and I would recommend the shop to anybody and their great great people and I also got discounts that I was not expecting and for anybody that has a problem with her vehicle. I took my car in for a simple oil change and was very pleasantly surprised at the level of service they provided. The communication throughout the entire process was phenomenal, I’ve never had a shop do a thorough check on my vehicle and let me know every step of the way. Loren and Joshua were so kind and answered all of my questions. The price was better than any shop I looked at in Eugene or Springfield. I highly recommend!!

Being a senior citizen and totally ignorant, as far as how cars work, Intregity was kind and explained everything as they went. They quoted me a price That was more than I would be able to pay at this time and they worked with me and we ended up with it only being half as much as they had quoted I just appreciate them. I have been taking my car to them for several years and have been more than happy with the outcome each time.

I have asked Integrity Auto Repair to stop sending my address mail, and after saying they would handle it, I am still receiving junk mail. No one at this address has a European model car, and the recipient the mail is addressed to is not a resident. I don't know how else to proceed other than leaving a review.

First off, the waiting room is homey and charming. Not cold and greasy . I Highly recommend this shop ! Loren went above and beyond , I was kept up-to-date, informed and felt I wasn't being taken for . I went in for an alternator, a few other things came up..no fault of theirs, and replaced .
