Inver Grove Hyundai Service and Auto Repair

Came here for service on a recall only. They gave me an estimate of additional working needing done, which was way overpriced. Disappointed in the basic customer service. A clearly displayed handicap tag hanging from my mirror, why would my car be parked so far from the door.

Horribly rude phone call last time I called inquiring on a price. They also charge over 300 to diagnose any electrical issue even when I can walk in and point to the burnt contacts show them the broken peice. The answer i got when I asked why im being charged 300 to diagnose a headlight connection issue that I can already show them in less than 20 seconds was "that's how this company works". The service guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I didn't yell I didnt say anything to warrant the rudeness all I said is "that's stupid" when I was told it didnt matter that I could walk in and point to the issue. They then wanted over 1000 dollars for ONE HEADLIGHT . THATS WITHOUT LABOR. Horrible staff, horrible company, horrible cars. If I could give 0 stars i would be. Absolutely embarrassmen

My issues were: 1. The service notes sounded like the vehicle couldn’t be driven. 2. I found that out after driving home. No one told me verbally the vehicle shouldn’t be driven if not repaired. Service notes were confusing on how bad things are. 3. The person who explains things for the tech didn’t know exactly what the tech meant. They were reluctant to ask tech what was meant. 4. I was not allowed to talk to the tech who inspected my vehicle. 5. Their supervisor did not answer or return my calls. 6. They added items to be fixed that weren’t broken (shown to me by another mechanic). They priced me out of fixing my vehicle. 7. They took no accountability, lacked effort to pursue answers for me, no effort to try putting extra transmission fluid in to at least help their customer get home s

We are from out of town and had an issue with our car, it was towed to this dealership and they went above and beyond to help us out. A very good experience and would highly recommend them.
